Adrián Rodríguez Van der Spoel is a Dutch-Argentinian conductor, dedicated to the study and performance of early music, especially the repertoire from colonial Spain and Latin America. With his ensemble Música Temprana, based in the Netherlands, he has recorded a range of materials from the Spanish American archives. He is the author of the book “Bailes, Tonadas & Cachuas. The music of the 18th century Codex Trujillo del Peru”.
