BOOK YOUR DIRECT SHUTTLE IN TIME!

The direct airport shuttle is not a regular service, it needs to be booked in advance! Due to the high number of participants arriving on the same day you shall reserve your seat well in advance. We recommend to use the service of our partner Travel4You.
For more information regarding how to get to Pécs, click here: http://ecpecs2015.hu/en/how-to-get-to-pecs

THINGS TO BRING

If you booked accommodation in student dormitory, don’t forget to bring a towel with you. Bed linen will be provided.

Comfortable shoes – the city centre of Pécs has cobble stones in many squares, therefore we strongly recommend to bring comfortable, preferably low-hill shoes. Ladies, reserve your high heels only to the Kodály Centre!

Our website is responsive, so it has a user friendly adaptation for smart phones and tablets. As we will provide wifi connection in most of the festival venues (yes, even in big squares!), we encourage you to bring your smart gadgets and get the latest info online!

GET A HEALTH INSURANCE

Please make sure you have a health insurance!

CHECK-IN

Once you arrive to Pécs, you shall first make the check-in to receive your festival badge, bag, the Festival Guide and Songbook and all other materials. If you booked accommodation through the festival, you will receive your “accommodation voucher” here as well which you will need to show in the distributed accommodation.

Check-in on 24th July will take place in the Tudásközpont Knowledge Centre between 10:00 and 20:00.  address: 7622 Pécs, Universitas u. 2/A.

For late arrivals please go to register in the Festival Office in Rákóczi street 11.

BOOK CONCERT TICKETS

We have published the festival programmes on our website! EUROPA CANTAT XIX Pécs will offer more, than 130 concerts between 24th July and 2nd August.

Most of the concerts are with free entrance, but some need registration due to seat limitation. Only the concerts organized in the Kodály Centre have an entrance fee.

Concert ticket booking and sale is open, for more information regarding concert registration and ticket booking click here!

FESTIVAL MAP

We have uploaded the festival map on our website in the „Festival venues” menu.
You can check or even download this map in advance, but you will receive it in your Festival Guide in A3 format.

In this same menu point you can find all the festival venues with Google Map and Streat View link.

MORNING AND LATE EVENING FESTIVAL BUSES

That thanks to our agreement with the local bus company we will provide morning buses and late evening buses to reach the accommodations outside the city centre. These bus lines can be used with a valid bus ticket or bus pass. You will be able to buy a bus pass during Check-in and in two of our Info Points. A bus pass valid for the whole festival will cost 10€.
