Payment and cancellation conditions

Your registration is only valid by the payment of a deposit up to €100 per person by 30.11.2014.

The second payment installment, reaching 50% of the total fee (including accommodation and meals) must be made before 31.03.2015. In case your second payment installment is not made by March 31st, your registration will be deleted.

The balance of the remaining 50% must be paid by 31.05.2015. In case your third payment installment is not made by May 31st, your registration will be deleted.

Payment is possible exclusively by credit or debit card, by bank transfer or by PayPal, with a commission fee of 2% + taxes regardless to the payment method (please note that this detail is new in respect to what was published in the printed festival brochure).

If you register after November 30th, 2014 an extra fee of 20€ shall be added and we cannot grant the participation in the ateliers selected. Furthermore we might not be able to provide you with an accommodation possibility for the duration of the festival.

If you cancel your registration or in case of late payment and deleted registration we cannot refund your previous payments irrespective of the reasons for cancellation. We suggest you take out insurance to cover risks.
