Valeria Minucciani is Assistant Professor in Museography and Interior Design at Polytechnic of Turin. She’s Author of several books and many national and international publications on contemporary museography, new technologies for communication of cultural heritage, virtual tourism. She has also carried out some researches and experiments on “Music and Architecture”.
This lecture explains the experiment carried out for EuropaCantat 2012, in Turin. The students of three European Schools of architecture (Turin, Helsinki and Bucarest ) designed the arrangement of some locations that hosted the choirs performances. Two project were realized, and in some cases the choirs actually interacted with the space. At the end of the project, a book was published, in cooperation between Torino Faculty of Architecture and Feniarco. The book will be presented in the lecture.
