The source of their melodies is not only one region or a particular Gipsy minority group, but the whole Europen Gipsy music tradition. Kálmán Balog, the famous dulcimer player, and the members of the Karavan Familia ensemble have dedicated their lives to create high quality Gipsy music, and through their repertoire they have proved that Gipsy music is intelligent, witty, wise and receptive. The two concepts and the traditional Gipsy vocal and instrumental traditions will meet in a special performance.
